The DripRay addresses a classic, frustrating pain point in the dental 3D printing workflow: the messy and inefficient process of trying to get the remaining resin out of a nearly empty bottle. Instead of standing over the printer holding a bottle upside down—or worse, trying to balance it precariously on the edge of the vat—your design provides a highly stable, hands-free solution. The clever geometry of the cutouts ensures that both standard 1 kg bottles and smaller 500 g bottles are perfectly supported. Furthermore, the built-in centering notches allow it to lock firmly onto various SprintRay hardware variations (including the Pro 2 and Pro 55 systems), keeping the bottle perfectly aligned over the target area. Ultimately, the DripRay transforms a tedious, error-prone task into a clean, efficient, and highly practical shop upgrade that protects expensive printers from spills while maximizing material economy.

How Can I Get It?

The Drip Ray comes in two forms:

Printed PETG – a 3d Printed polymer, closely related to the plastic used for drinking water and soda bottles.  It’s chemically resistant to alcohol wiping.  (surface degradation will eventually happen)  The color (TBD, but likely white) will vary from photos.  To keep the price low, no color requests are permitted.  You are welcome to choose the download and print it yourself

STL file – download the file to 3d print yourself.  We strongly recommend a filament based FDM printer such as a Bambulab, Prusa or Snapmaker to print this.  PETG is the best choice for most setups.
